Our foldable crates are manufactured in Türkiye, within the EU Customs Union, offering seamless customs clearance and competitive lead times across Europe. Located at the intersection of major land, sea, and air transport routes, our production hub provides a logistical edge that minimizes cost and maximizes delivery speed.
At the core of our manufacturing process lies high-performance injection molding technology. Since 2011, our team has been dedicated to producing foldable crates and developing mold technologies tailored specifically for this product. Our custom-engineered steel molds are capable of producing a foldable crate every 12 seconds, without compromising on dimensional accuracy or surface quality. Thanks to next-generation tooling, our production ensures zero flash, ultra-clean finishes, and unmatched repeatability at scale.
We exclusively use top-grade, food-safe polypropylene (PP)—a mono-material that is both recyclable and compliant with EU food contact standards. Upon request, we also offer recycled material options for sustainability-focused projects, while maintaining the same structural and visual performance.
Our production lines are fully equipped for color customization and brand embossing, allowing us to integrate your logo directly into the mold for a permanent, high-end result—no labels or add-ons required.
Post-production, all products are carton-packed and optimized to fit Euro pallets precisely—unlike many market alternatives that require removal of cartons to fit, our system delivers logistical perfection straight from the line.

Size 1 offers a more functional footprint compared to standard “Mini” sizes found on the market. Its slightly enlarged dimensions make it the most efficient compact crate for both storage and usability.
Size 2 is based on the most commonly sold dimensions in the market. However, in collaboration with our B2B customers, we have fine-tuned the measurements—just a few millimeters shorter than typical “Midi” crates—to ensure a perfect fit in shipping cartons and Euro pallets, boosting logistical efficiency.

Our molds are engineered with brand integration in mind—allowing us to apply embossed logos directly onto the crates with precision. We can place your logo just below the handles on both the short and long sides, or even on the underside of the crate using designated branding zones.
